How do you get the pieces to stay together? I usually use hot glue, but that doesn't seem to work... Any suggestions?

I use super glue, it works great! I am actually making a video on how to make a Schleich western saddle, I will post it soon!

Where do you get your hardware? I have often looked at Rio Rondo, but I am really unsure what size to get.

I get it from Rio Rondo, I am not quite sure what size, it's been a while since I ordered small stuff like this.
