The music is good, I think perhaps bringing in the drums again would be good and perhaps a b section through the middle, bringing it back to the original turn with the drums would be good, and ending it like you did on the song cept maybe not a chord, just the first note and the last (octave I think?)
These are just suggestions, as it is really good as is. Nicely done.

I do always love thoes videos that are in-sync with the songs. I'd immagine it to be a little difficult to sync them up considering you cant "see" the sound.

You actually can kinda see the lines of sound if theres only one instrument, but yeah, you basically need to sync it just by listening.

i mean while i'm "making" the movie in flash, everything is allright, the sound and the animation are running parallel
but when i uploaded it somwhere (let's say deviantart...) it's all crapy, sound starts before the animation begun

I don't know this as fact but I'm guessing this is because the sound loads before the video?
And to avoid that you'd just have to add a loading bar.
