I think she's pretty recognisably her! Although - and I'm not sure I've got this right - but everytime you draw someone they look so much more Australian it's kind of an awesome superpower.
Facial structure wise, I think the character has a more childish face, softer cheeks - more of a soft oval - so maybe you've drawn AU older Rapunzel You've got her expression something awesome and omg iguana-thing I like the cool motion in her hair

I would really have loved to see this with a more complex background though, especially knowing the kind of awesome you can do
