I am loving the design, I like how you're going the Omega/Nova route with this one. I also like the hangar addition as while it might not carry fighters it could still carry shuttles, boarding ships etc.Β
I'm looking forward to seeing how this one evolves.Β

Pretty good. A few things are off (in my eyes) though.
1. Length. Ship needs more length imho. That is, even i consider its shorter due to the missing engine section, i believe it should be a bit more stretched.
2. It cant carry fighters, so it doesnt need hangar/launch bay at the front.
One thing of note is the Apollo is New Era (Crusade onwards) and the whole front of your Apollo looks very much like the Omega / Nova, while EA scrapped this "front section" optic for the Warlock, which is also New Era. So basicly, i would suggest to make it look a bit less Nova/Omega and a bit more Warlock at the very front.
It stills looks great though, and i believe there is not a single good render of the Apollo out there yet.

1. The ship you can see here has no engine-section, it will be much longer than now.

I tried to rebuild the (i think its the game "A Call To Arms") minature as good as possible and i use my old model as a reference.
2. Thats an interesting point, do you have any references for that? I thought it was a hangar at the front of the miniature. Thats why i decided to use similar parts from the Omega. At least the hangar is also used on the Warlocks front beacause it fits very well
I will do my best to make a good model of her and a good render
