Description
I originally wrote a story named ZERO 4 years ago and more or less planned out all the major events from start to finish. It's about a a girl who's immortal, but loses her memories of her past life whenever she's 'killed'.
I recently returned to this work and fixed some things - and finally drew the design of the main character the way I imagined it thanks to this contest hosted by Iduna-Haya -> fav.me/dazuq59
I'm grateful for this contest because it got to finally work out the final pieces of the story. So if I ever decide to draw it, I can start without much problems.

This is my OC - Zero (Zi), an immortal girl who loses her memories of her past life whenever she's 'killed'.
Here she's reading one of her journals shortly after re-surging. Her owls Ebony and Ivory are magical owls that her journals safe and guide her when she's resurrected.
Below is a brief description of her character.

The power of immortality comes with a steep price. Many have tried, but ultimately fail to attain this power. One day, the divine goddess Solcista shall bless one with this power. This one, when killed, will always be resurrected. However, this one shall be cursed to lose their memories of the events prior to her death. This one is fated to trudge the earth of warring nations in perpetual solitude, despair and immortality.
This one comes in the name Solcista, and she shall bring peace to all the land.

Name: Zero (Zi)
Age: 19

A young woman blessed with the power of immortality, however, if she ‘dies’, she loses all memories of her life up until that point. The only things she retains are her personality traits and physical skills* she accumulated over time - including a need to keep very detailed journals for herself. When she resurges with amnesia, her two magical owls, Ebony and Ivory, keep her informed by carrying important parts of her journals.
With a calm, stoic attitude she usually goes about her business in town doing odd-jobs (sometimes shady) to earn some money. She’s not easily trusting of others; has a keen eye for detail; and a natural, yet calculating instinct for self-preservation. She is fully aware of her immortality and memory-loss curse, but does not know how she achieved this in the first place or why. As she does odd-jobs in private, she slowly tries to dig up information about herself and the curse.
Though Zi keeps a low profile, as tensions between Deta and Jiran rise, rumors have spread about her exceptional skills - making her a person of interest for the various factions involved in the upcoming war. A war she’d rather stay out of…

*Weirdly enough, one of her skills is having an idillic memory (when alive). However, this skill somehow also allows her to recall general information about a country, its’ people and the current situation.

Notes from Zi - what she knows about her curse and immortality
Amnesia Curse:
- Loses memories of personal events and lifetime before most recent death
- Retains skills learned before dying
- Retains some general information about herself (name/occupation) and the world she's in (names of organizations and land she lives in)

The price of immortality:
    ⁃    1000 human souls of war
    ⁃    The blood and soul of a newborn child
    ⁃    ... (unknown)
Zi has yet to find all the requirements for immortality. She does know that there are 3 requirements and that the Goddess cannot grant immortality without fulfilling them.
