Wolves are common on the way to her grandmother's house, but Red's having a particularly bad day today.
Red: "More wolves come to play~ I don't come here everyday, so how does grandma still live here...?"

Though it took a while to complete this, I had a lot of fun making this!
The slow buildup also gave me a chance to review each step with fresh eyes.
I wanted to portray red riding hood as a person who can protect herself, and while on her way to grandmother's house, she discovers that everyone's a bit too eager to see her today.^^

Awesome piece! I really like the contrast between the warm, dappled lighting in the background and the much more creepy foreground, I think it's an interesting choice. The dappled light is very well placed too, in a way that it draws attention to the points of interest of the image. And although there's quite a few different colours in this piece, their saturation is well-balanced which gives the piece overall a more harmonious look.
A small point of criticism I have is the way the legs are angled, specifically her left leg (the one in front). Her thigh is positioned is kind of 3/4 or 7/8-ish view, where both the side and a bit of the underside is visible, and it's also pointed toward the viewer a little bit. Her lower leg, gowever is drawn in such a way that it seems as if it is viewed if profile. I think a possible fix could be making a little bit of the underside of her foot visible, as well as adjusting the shape of her leg to show a little bit more of the other side. I think the top of her boot could also curve around her thigh a little bit more. I hope that's useful ^^
Again, overall this is a very well done piece, I love it ^^

Thank you for the tips for the legs - I couldn't figure out what was wrong at the time when I looked back at the piece before though it looked a bit off.
Will definitely see if I can adjust it since I still have the original file layers
