I volunteer for Carolina Pet Rescue cpr-nc.org/ as the Pet Promotion Specialist which means I take pictures of the adoptable animals that come into the rescue and put them up on the internet so the animals can get adopted!Here's a photo I took of one of the kittens at the rescue.

On the first impression this kitten is looking with curious eyes into the world.
I really like focussed face and the rest a bit blurry. So the expression of this cute little face and the gorgeous eyes are highlighted. Also, I feel that the pink blanket is a good contrast to the black kitten. Well chosen colours.
Also I have the impression that the kitten was sitting directly in front of you, looking straight up to you, when making the photo. As well, I like how clear its whiskers could be seen and the little hair in its ears. Well done.

I know!!! Sadly there are millions of cats out there just as cute and there just aren't enough homes for all of them... Which is why it is so important to spay and neuter pets!
