Aegean Breeze was the first suit I got in Love Nikki. The peplos was useful whenever I wanted to portray a woman of Ancient Greece and I’ve used the sandals quite often. I don't think I had this background then, but I like how it looks.

NASA InSight was launched in May of 2018 and landed on Mars in November of that year. This began a two Earth year mission. (One year of Mars time.) After touchdown at Elysium Planitia, InSight took three months to deploy and commission the geophysical science instruments. On its first day on Mars it set a new solar power record of 4.6 kilowatt-hours generated for a single Martian day In December, it sent back the first recording of sounds on Mars. Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald premiered in 2018 as a sequel to Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them. It features Newt Scamander and Albus Dumbledore attempting to take down dark wizard Gellert Grindelwald. Porpentina Esther "Tina" Goldstein (Played by Katherine Waterston) is a grounded, down-to-earth witch and Auror employed by MACUSA. She attempts to find and help Credence along with Newt and fights against Grindelwald’s forces in the Paris incident. Eventually, she and Newt will marry.

Comic pioneer Stan Lee died in 2018. He was 95. With help from Steve Ditko and Jack Kirby, he created many of the iconic characters of Marvel comics including Iron Man, Spider-Man, Thor and many others. Stan Lee worked his way up from being the guy who filled ink wells and delivered lunch to being a writer and head editor at Marvel Comics. He and Kirby developed The Fantastic Four in 1961, revitalizing the superhero genre with heroes who were also fallible humans. When his characters became stars of a cinematic universe, Stan Lee was invited to cameo in the films. In his honor, here’s Peggy Carter the way she's portrayed by Hayley Atwell. The Big Bang Theory was a popular TV show in 2018. In this year, it won the Teen Choice Award for Choice Comedy TV Show. The twelfth and final season of the show premiered on CBS on September 24, 2018. The first episode in the series featured Amy and Sheldon on their honeymoon while Leonard and Penny help out a troubled couple in their apartment building and Raj gets into a Twitter feud with Neil deGrasse Tyson. In the show's early seasons, Penny (played by Kaley Cuoco) was portrayed as a young woman who was out of Leonard's intellectual league. But the character developed into a more complex individual with high emotional intelligence, social skills, and work ethic.

The Prom premiered on Broadway at the Longacre Theatre in October of 2018. The plot was based on the 2010 Itawamba County School District prom controversy. Emma, an Indiana teenager, (played by Caitlin Kinnumen) is being bullied due to prom being cancelled because she wanted to bring her girlfriend as her date. With the help of some down-on-the-luck actors, Emma and Alyssa get a real prom. Computer magic to fix clipping issues.
