Description
From now on, I suppose I'll call this series, "The New Force Wars" or NFW for short.These are the backbone of the Boganite army, the Boganite Trooper. Once every bit a normal human being as you or I, these men have now become twisted by the arcane practices of the Dark Side. What humanity they once had has now disappeared into the realm of Chaos, their bodies hollow and mindless, they act now as but only pawns to serve the Dark Side's will. They are fearless and infinitely loyal, and will face certain death for the sake of fulfilling their dark purpose...
Having been touched by the Dark Side, each Boganite trooper has some level of Force-sensitivity, and are able to receive orders from their masters via telepathy. Each soldier is equipped with a long-range rifle and vibrosword.
Another simple design, as to make my future designs look better. Played around with lighting, but still learning.

This is a really cool design, it looks like the body armor is a little like the Sith Troopers from KOTOR and the helmet is sort of a mix of a clone and an and an imperial guards helmets.... Im not sure if thats what you were going for but it just sort of reminds me of it.... but over all its still very original... you said your making a series? I look forward to seeing more of your work then... Ill be WATCHing you...

Now THIS is what the Sith Troopers of The Old Republic SHOULD have looked like. It's a near-perfect amalgamation of KoTOR era Sith Trooper armor and Clone Trooper Phase II armor. Bravo my friend!

True they could, and perhaps they even do so, however, growing clones takes time, and the Boganite's main goal is to return everything to darkness, meaning they'd much rather take those beings "corrupted by light", and cure them by filling their heads with darkness.

I can totally see the mixture of the characters in this trooper.
The way you describe these soldiers makes them sound like the Husks from Mass Effect 2.

Actually, if no new order is given, the Boganite trooper will have sensed that something has gone wrong, and will rush back to its master.

While they have no sense of true independence, they are constantly influenced by the will of the Dark Side. If you're asking can they function without their masters? Then yes, but only after they've been issued orders. They're built to follow the last given directive until a new order is issued or until death. Once the directive is achieved, if no new order is given, a Boganite Trooper will try to return to its master. If his master is nowhere to be found a trooper will simply do whatever it can in the present situation to impose the Dark Side's will. ie. purge any being of light.

In a manner of speaking, yes. His helmet design is a fusion of Revan's mandolorian mask, General Grievous, Darth Vader, and a generic stormtrooper helmet. You could say he represents different facets of the darkside.
