Yeah, his daughter :3 there's a reason why she's blue instead of red, I can explain if you'd like.

So basically she was born with red stripes and hair instead of blue, but during her childhood (after the Great War with the Lombaxes) she was adopted by a rich family in Matropolis and she loved to experiment with chemicals. She grew up with Qwark and Nefarious and went to school with them, she would often stand up for Nefarious when Qwark would pick on him. Nefarious and Kade loved to experiment with chemicals together, and one day while Kade was supposed to dispose of a huge tub of chemicals, she tripped over and fell into them, which permanently changing her red hair and stripes to blue due to a chemical reaction :3
