Description

So I finally decided to do a reference sheet of Kade, and I’m absolutely happy with the results! I’m guessing this took me around 8 or so hours to complete but it was worth it! I didn’t include her weapons in her ref because it would’ve taken longer, I do plan on drawing her signature wrench and shock pistol sometime but I don’t know when. I also plan on doing another reference sheet of her, but it’ll be a little bit different. It’ll show what she looks like as she grows up from baby, to toddler, kid, teen and adult, which I’m pretty excited to do but I’m not sure how long it’ll take and I’m not sure it it’ll be one of those ideas where I start working on it but I don’t end up finishing it.

I haven’t been active on here for a while which I apologise, I took a short break from drawing which led me away from DeviantArt tbh, sometimes I occasionally take breaks here and there to refresh myself, I have about 13,000-14,000 notifications which I cannot be bothered checking for a number for reasons, the biggest reason is that my family are not that well off when it comes to our financial status and we don’t even have WiFi, I have to use my phone data and DeviantArt takes a lot of my data sometimes, which that’s the main reason I stay away from this site sometimes. I recently saved up from the money I earned from my job and got an iPad, so I’m not using my phone anymore to do digital art, yay me!

Anyway how have you guys been? (At least the ones who are active and check my stuff out whenever I post) I hope you’ve been all great! Happy (late) new year 2018 by the way! Can’t believe it’s 2018 already I’m turning 18 this year which is exciting I don’t know what I’m going to do for my birthday since the 18th is supposed to be one of the most special birthdays, a lot of people tend to drink on their 18th (that’s the legal age to drink over here in Australia) but I’m not that type of person to drink, so I’m not sure with that one.

I’ve been okay I guess, a bit of this and that. All I’ve been doing is working and I haven’t really been catching up with friends lately, the only person I really see is my boyfriend. I lately decided to binge watch all the Pokémon seasons which it’s going great so far! I haven’t finished season 1 though, watching the start makes you really miss Brock and Misty with Ash. I of course bought all seasons of Pokémon (1-19, excluding Sun and Moon which I’m waiting until the Sun & Moon series ends to buy it) my local store that sells DVDs, games, consoles, TVs, etc had a sale on all the seasons and it came in a huge box set and it was only $199 AUD which it used to be around $300, which I saved $100 on it which is good. I also started getting into the original Yu-Gi-Oh! Manga which I’m adoring right now, it’s extremely good and this is coming from a person who’s not into Manga much.

When Percival Tachyon attacked the Lombaxes, Kade's father Alister took his daughter and put her in an escape pod and set it so it would send her to another planet where she would be safe.

She crashed in the city of Metropolis, and was orphaned to a very posh and rich family, with very little information, they only found a piece of paper with her name only part of her name was very blurry and they could only read "Kade". She went to the same school at Nefarious and became childhood friends with him. They did everything together such as playing, studying, and going on adventures in Metropolis, and they would end up in all sorts of trouble. They would throw rocks at guards then run from them.

One day while Kade and Nefarious were playing around with some chemicals, Kade slipped on some that Nefarious dropped on the floor and she hit her head on the bench and more chemicals fell on her, which changed her red hair, and red markings all to blue. Other side effects also caused her eyes to change from red to purple and blue.

As they grew up, Kade one day suddenly found out that Nefarious was dead, well, at least that's what she thought. She later met the galactic rangers, and she joined them after Nefarious and Drek was defeated as she helped them defeat them. As hard as it was to let her friend go, she had to because of how cold he turned.

After those events, she got a weird letter from someone, saying "Just you wait", she also kept getting weird postcards of different types of places.
