  It was a nice, sunny day in the Carribeans. There was a slight breeze carrying the salty scent of the sea. Oria wished she could smell it, taste the salt in the air. In the corners of her vision she saw a large, yet familiar figure appear seamlessly from the waves. She turned away, not wanting anything to do with the esk that had created her. She was enjoying this day too much, running with the crabs and chasing the birds. Makoa was fun to spend time with, but he drains her. She turned back towards the looming figure…

    The water was cool as it moved through her fan of fur. Minh was making her daily trip to the pile of rocks at the bay floor. This day was going to be the day, she knew. The day where her memory would return with an explanation of her tie with this strange monument. A splash turned her attention away from her destination and she perked up with delight. She received less visits from Makoa than she would like, but she cherishes the time she spends with her creator. Enthusiastically, she swam towards him…

    There was a power in these waters both destructive and beautiful. Akheilos walked this very fine line as he swam through open waters. His familiars swam assuringly alongside him, always there. He felt comfort in the fact they had always followed him. Suddenly, a shadow passed over him, larger than he is. Startled, Akheilos swung his mighty head around, taking in the sight of his creator. Miraculously, the storm surrounding him slowed and calmed. A torrential whirlpool now a slow swirling…

    The three had no idea why Makoa approached them. Makoa looked at them in the eye and spoke confidently: Go find our brethren, there are many mysteries under the waves to discover.

Wowee!!! This is my intro to the Natura Humana Quest, and boy o boy has it been a journey. I am extremely proud at how this turned out, especially since I don't draw water scenes that often!! This took roughly a week to complete between schoolwork and personal obligations. I'd write mores sentimental poop but I'm exhausted.
