Description Doodling, decided to make a little basic genetics sheet?
Kinda?

Anywho, let's start.

Dominant genes are on the left,
Recessive son the right
(Except row 6 and 7. Row 7 is Dominant, row 6 is dilutes)

If a dominant color cat has kittens with a recessive (dilute) all the babies will be the dominant color of either parent.

Chocolate, Cinnamon and black are black based colors.
Chocolate will overpower Cinnamon
Black will over power Chocolate

Red is the only red color, and will generally always be passed on to babies.

Red will combine with all the black based colors to create tortie kittens

I also added some common eye colors. (That I could see from a google search)

I'm not sure what else to add?

You're free to use these ideas, but please do not eye drop these colors.
This is a personal base, please do not use, trace, reference, or repost this base
If I see this reposted I will report you.
If I wanted this posted onto another site (INSTAGRAM Tumblr, toy house, furraffinity, Facebook) I WILL POST IT THERE MYSELF.

I might make more genetics based things if anyone is interested? Things like patterns or maybe even breed specific traits like folded ears, curled ears, curly fur, peach fuzz, short tails, bobs, no fur, SHORT LEGGIES, idk.
Would anyone be interested? :/

Can you do cat genetics and coloration charts on the rarely covered aspects of cat coloration and genetics?

Suggestions
1) Tabby field coloration variations: value (pale to dark); warmth (hot to cold); brightness (dull to flashy)
2) Tabby torso stripe/blotch/spot/speckle visibility (faint to distinct)
3) Topaz White Spotting Pattern (messybeast.com/blue-eye-breeds… )
4) Thai White Spotting Pattern (messybeast.com/bicolours.htm )
5) Birman Gloving Pattern
6) Genetically realistic and unrealistic ways of designing white spotting patterns
7) Tabby stripe variations; not just the basic classic, mackerel, ticked, and spotted ones (messybeast.com/spotted-cats.ht… )
8) Breakthrough tabby patterns on color restriction cats (low contrast sepia/burmese, medium contrast mink/tonkinese, high contrast siamese/point, and very high contrast bondanese)
9) Pattern and Coloration Variations That Appear on the Wildcats (Felis silvestris)* (outside of the domestic form of Felis silvestris lybica)
10) Small Color Breakthrough Spots in the White Areas on White Spotted Cats (messybeast.com/bicolours-spott… )
11) Silver Dapple Cats (messybeast.com/merle.htm )

* , who also started doing cat genetics charts, said that the wild-type coat colors found in wildcats (Felis silvestris) are the black tabby (by far the most common) and the chocolate tabby (occasional or seldom).

1) Felis silvestris silvestris (European wildcat; includes the Scottish, Spanish, and Caucasian wildcats): mackerel tabby, barred ticked tabby; widely or moderately spaced and well defined stripes that tend to be uninterrupted, distinctly and cleanly ringed tail with a black tail tip; mainland European form often, but not always has a faint torso pattern or pattern apart from tail; both Scottish and Caucasian forms usually have unbroken torso stripe patterns

2) Felis silvestris lybica (Near Eastern Wildcat; includes the Gordon’s and domestic (wild)cats): mackerel tabby, broken mackerel tabby, barred ticked tabby; stripes, dashes, and/or spots tend to be interupted, messier, and moderately or closely spaced; torso pattern can be somewhat or even very faint; has tiny ear tufts

3) Felis silvestris cafra (Southern African Wildcat; includes the Kalahari wildcat): mackerel tabby, broken mackerel tabby, barred ticked tabby; faint or very faint torso pattern, especially on the Kalahari form; arm (front leg) stripes are very distinct, especially on the Kalahari form; torso pattern can have either broken or unbroken stripes; backs of ears are very reddish or orangey

4) Felis silvestris ornata (Central Asian Wildcat); mackerel spotted tabby; broken mackerel tabby; well or very well defined and clean spots; there is a very clearly defined spot variant and a somewhat relatively washed out and less clean, but not faint spot variant; has small or tiny ear tufts

5) Felis silvestris bieti (Chinese mountain [wild]cat): barred ticked tabby, broken mackerel tabby; very or extremely faint pattern apart from tail, distinctly and cleanly ringed tail with rings more distinct toward the black tail tip; another variant has a moderately visible broken torso stripe pattern; has small ear tufts
