Its quite simple, but as some of you asked for it, there you go! I hope its useful
but THIS IS THE WAY I DO IT, obviously there are too many other ways XD and lots of better tutorials out there XD
I used Paint Tool SAI
If you have any question, don't hesitate to comment/note me XDI hope you can understand my everchanging handwritting and my english grammar LOL
Download it to see it better XD The small letters of the screenshots arent clear at all.... =_='
So:
For lineart, I use Ink Pen Tool
For base coloring, Bucket and Ink Pen
For shading I use Brush Tool
For highlights I use Ink Pen Tool or Brush Tool, depending on the texture I want ^^
Nope, my Pen Tool doesn't work TT__TT AND I DONT KNOW WHY!!!

im not sure if this is suppose to happen, but is all my coloring stuff is suppose to dissapear.. cause mine did and i dont know how to get it back... and i was in the middle of colouring when it dissapeared...

oh, if you go to the upper part of the screen, where your color wheel was, you'll see little black and white symbols as buttons. Start pressing them and different color displays will appear. You choose the one you like the most, maybe your former one :>

how to hide the sketch and put the layer itu overlay mode ??

there's a little eye in front of each layer: if you click it, the layer gets hidden :>
On top of the layer options there is a blending mode menu that says "normal". Open it, and the option "overlay" will appear >v<

how do you do bucket for linework (vector) layers?... O_o

I don't think there is a bucket option for vector layers... maybe you have to go to a normal layer and fill with the bucket there...

Oh, anatomy is always essential. I have never studied human anatomy, but I try to make proportions somehow possible (realistic-y), so it doesn't look too off. But I fail. Epicly. D8

0kay, I'm a little confused with one thing. When you do the bucket fill, do you use the wand tool on the ink layer then create a new layer?

nope. I work directly on the layer I want to color in.
I set the bucket tool in "precise" and "canvas" for that purpose, with color transparency in 0
