Description
I wanted to draw a stylized version of Ender... because i haven't been able to draw her very well. I wasn't too happy with how i made her before so i wanted to make an updated version. I like this better.i want to draw her with her biker gear, but that may take some time. i'm not used to drawing bike helmets.
i have absolutely no idea about how Earthen One looks... probably like a hippie.

Hhmm. I like this version a lot more (not that the first design wasn't good it just didn't quite suit her literary counterpart).
She also seems to have a lot more personality in this version. I like her skeptical expression. It's perfect for her!

I dunno.
Maybe he's just not interesting to you. Or maybe he's still too generic in your mind and just needs more development.
Sometimes when a character seems boring (and they aren't supposed to be boring) it's because they lack a strong motivation. So far he seems to be someone who has given up and is pretty much just waiting around to die. Ender is the one with all the plans and all the pent-up, conflicting, feelings. He seems a bit like he's half-dead already (and not just in terms of his sickness). While that's not necessarily a problem for the story (seems like a good potential source of friction with the more active Ender which is nice) it might be worth considering why he's given up.

he's not tbh XD he's just there to be a motivation for Ender to do what she does. but yeah, you're right, he's basically given up and sick. but yeah, it's a good idea to consider his reasoning...

I mean, I doubt he's ever going to be as interesting to you as Ender, but you can probably discover something if you give it some thought.
Like, clearly humanity in this setting has turned away from nature in favour of their concrete and neon constructed reality, which would entirely explain why he's sick. But not why he isn't striving to survive. You've got other gods in your story (like Miss Fortune) who found themselves in a similar situation but they were more inclined to fight or to adapt to the changing world. What prevents EO from doing the same?
I quite enjoyed your most recent entry. I like the way you've been building up some mystery.

well, I think he gave up after he lost Oceania, who was kind of like, his wife. I'm starting to think he won't ever return Ender's feelings, which i can play with a bit. he's probably seen others like himself fade away and decided it's not worth fighting and he should just go with some dignity.
Fortune didn't fight, she probably was giving up until the Priest found her lol.
but don't worry, I'll have more on that later.

Ah...I figured somehow that she had been seeking ways of surviving and come across the priest (but I guess he found her instead). Excellent. That story line in an interesting one.

Ah ha! Yeah! Earthen One would actually make a pretty good villain. (I wonder if your priest would be manipulating him for his own ends, or if EO would, one restored via "treatment", would turn out to be beyond his control?)
I do actually have a villain already planned for my characters (not that a connection to your priest would be much of stretch).

i think they both are a factor, to be honest. Earthen One can be manipulated if the guy is good enough at it, and i think the treatment might have negative side effects.
