There was a show back in the early 90's called Alien Nation and the Tenctonese (Alien/Newcomers) in the show had three genders.Β Their biology and society was pretty well developed for a fictional race on a scifi cop show that only lasted one season (though it started as a movie and had five followup films).Β The frivolity that humans treat sex with was disturbing to them, and I feel the same way...

Not really, mainly glowing blue for Autobot and glowing red for Decepticon.Β Their human eye color would tend towards whatever eye color their mother had.

I would think a green Spark would simply be a rare variant of a normal blue Spark.Β Perhaps a Spark mutation of some sort.

Sadly no, I do not. I do know it works in most MP3 player programs such as Winamp, Real Player, Quicktime, and Windows Media Player, and it should work on normal MP3 players.

I read a cool story on fanfic.... you can tell who is bonded by looking at their sparks. Thoughts?

I can see how the resonance frequency of the Spark can shift slightly once bonded so both Sparks match each other's resonance frequencies, and if someone had data on a given bot's Spark resonance from before the bonding, they would know right away if they had bonded. As for changing the Spark's appearance, other than being corrupted (such as with Dark Energon turning the Spark purple), the Spark would not change in appearance like that. I don't see how the energy structure or color would be changed from bonding, only the variance in the resonance frequency would likely change. And as I said, only someone who knew that resonance frequency before would know of the change. Others would figure it out only if both were in the same room and someone detected identical Spark resonance frequencies in the pair.
Plus, exposing one's Spark to be seen by others is just not a good idea. There is a reason the Spark is wrapped in a protective casing (which allows it to interface with and control the chassis) which is in turn protected by the heavy armor and struts of the upper chassis. The Spark is so delicate that there are actually taboos about viewing or touching the Spark of another bot. The only way that contact with another bot's Spark would not be expressly forbidden would be in the case of true bond mates (Spark to Spark contact) or critical medical intervention to save their life. Puncture the Spark and the bot dies because the delicate plasma membrane maintains containment of the energy inside. Lose containment and the Spark looses cohesion and dissipates very rapidly.

Techno-organic question: would the organs of the cybertronian half be sort of melded with the ones of the organic half? Or would the cybertronian organs override the organic organs or vice versa?

Interesting Question. The heart and Spark would be separate, just like the fluid pump and laser core (contains Spark) are separate structures in a Cybertronian. Neural core would merge with the brain, fluid system = circulatory system, neural system = nervous system, cooling system bellows and lungs, fuel tank and system would obviously be the digestive system, and other similar systems would merge. Some systems would be separate though. So it would be a mixed thing.
