In the story, Shockwave is trying to figure out a way to create new sparks without the Allspark. He works with the Fallen, kidnapping Autobots/Decepticons/Neutrals randomly and doing all kinds of horrendous experiments on them. Most bots die pretty soon during the surgery.
Elita luckily survives the first few experiments, but it also means she has to endure more tortures and pain in the future. She is locked up in a cell, and will be dragged into the surgery room whenever Shockwave feels like running some new tests on her broken body and her ruined spark...
As usual, I drew these characters as humans because I don't know how to draw their frames in movieverse style. Elita's human form is based on ThornQueen 's art work.
As to Shockwave's human version, at first I planned to give him an emotionless mad scientist look, but then he ended up looking like Frankenstein or some horrible monster... Not a bad thing, though, since he's meant to look scary and cruel here.

How do you keep churning out such fabulous pictures so quickly?
From the title, I knew exactly what this was going to be. And it doesn't disappoint at all. Poor Elita!! Her pose, her clothing, the fact that we only see her with Shockwave towering over and partially obscuring her... she's been stripped of all of her power to help herself, just like in the fic. Only intervention can save her from this now.
As for Shockwave, he just looks plain freakish

I know it's Frankenstin who built monsters, but the title of the novel is translated into "η§εΈζͺδΊΊ" in Chinese version, and the name in Chinese is often refered to someone who looks ugly or like a horrible monster... It has more negative meaning when it's used in that way, as the matter of fact.

Oh, it's used in the same way over here -- ugly people are referred to as Frankenstein, when it should be Frankenstein's monster. I'm just trying to spread the knowledge

Oy... I remember the horror I felt when I read that Shockwave was experimenting on Elita... The way you portray Elita on the floor of her cell, injured so much... that is exactly the way that I would have pictured her in my imagination. You just continue to amaze me with your stunning works of art.
Shockwave with a mouth piercing? That's interesting... I never would've thought that he'd have one, but it works. Coupled with the glowing golden eye and facial scar? Definitely works.

That scene in the fanfic was absolutely frightening. I was freaked out when I knew what Shockwave had done to our poor Elita... Let's hope Optimus never knew about this or he'd definitely rip Shocky apart for doing such horrible thing to his spark mate.

wow, usually I have no sympathy for Elita, but this is really pulling on my heartstrings. Shockwave...wow, just wow. His eye is pure awesome, as is the gray areas of his face...and that lip ring XD it makes me giggle at the fact that he has one XD

Lol, at first I didn't gave him any accessory, but then I found he looked kind of dull and boring so I added that lip ring when I was about to finish the sketch.
