well, heres two of my mini swords. they are 100 percent real swords... Just mini. they have full tangs steel blades bamboo scabbards with brass caps. the top one is my favorite. if you look closely there is a dragon running Down the scabbard and a dragon head cap at the end of the sword. but the best part about it is the sword is perfectly balanced. my next project as minnies goes, is a mini GUN! Im trying to make the smallest working flint lock pistol. right now it is equipped with a working trigger and ramrod. it is about an inch and a half.Here is a better image of the black sword called miyakawa: [link]

Oh yea I still make them, but I haven't been able to work on them for a while because I'm so busy with the game studio. Right now I'm working on a sword for Robin Williams but after that I can finish the next order. -_^

o_o do you take commissions? cause i think i just found that ever-so-elusive gift for my dad. he would totally love one of these, and appreciate the epic workmanship needed to make one that's actually balanced at this scale. this is epic beyond belief.
and man, if you ever do get that working scale replica gun, you'd better make molds for those parts, cause i totally want one.

Im glad someone cares enough about my work to actually browse the stuff on my earlier pages. A lot of people miss my metal stuff because they are too lazy to look further than the first page. >_> Thanx for looking! ^_^
I have never been asked for a commission considering my metal works so Im not really sure how something like that would work. 
I have made these things for my friends at home though.
Man, that gun is ridiculous, I have to take apart old expensive wind up watches just to get a spring small enough and accurate enough to the way flintlock pistols worked back then. It's a pain >_>
Really!? Wow that would be awesome! I'm not really sure how one is supposed to get a DD anyway. Guess I just have to be lucky and hope they see it.

hahaa, and yep-- you normally send a note with the recommendation to whoever is the moderator of the department it belongs in. though, it seems there is no mod for artisan crafts, so i had to submit to one of the general mods. and god knows how backed up those guys get. i woulnt be surprised if it gets ignored. but! the thought counts, i suppose. :]

lol I have been far too busy to be making them commercially. But if the demand is high I will definitely consider making some. I may make a few special orders next semester but the price is high...
