Made this miniature for a friend who makes models!This in particular is for an Uma Thurman-Kill Bill resin model.
He wanted this resin-sword to look a bit less floppy and asked me to make a blade for it for him to exchange.
The engraving was a little bit complicated since the blade is about 7 mm wide and the lion design was supposed to only cover 2/3'rds of the width.
Cast the metal from scrap, played around with a rolling mill, shaped the blade and bent it ever so slightly, looking at some imagery of the original Hattori Hanzo Kill-Bill blade.

Do you need the entire sword or just the blade?
I could do the blade (plus tong for attachment) with miniature engraving, sure!
It is in silver, though, and I work in steel, so it might be cheaper for you to find someone working in that material instead.
