The war may be over, but the technology and sentiments engendered by it live on. Badly beaten-up and repeatedly repaired with inferior materials, but still quite functional, this 38-Chu mobile assault vehicle ("slug") is typical of the deadly military hardware now used by vigilantes, secessionists, terrorists, and other fanatics. It's meant to be operated by two Aqi (or Aqioid beings).

This was inspired by a dream I had, which was in turn inspired by the theme of Jonathan Wojcik's latest art event. In this dream, a slug the size of a golden retriever slithered out of my toilet. But when I got a good look at it, I realized its "body" was a mechanical vehicle and its "eyestalks" were a pair of caterpillars the size of Polish sausages who were driving it.
