Description
Its been ages since I have uploaded anything, even more so since I have uploaded anything to do with Fire Bringer. So I thought I would use my new digital colouring skills to draw a deer that I know so well. This was mainly because I wanted to do a comparison of my drawing skills now to when I first started to draw these guys. I have sketches of Bankfoot currently being cleaned up and roughs of both Tain and Thistle in production
Its hard to explain why I have been so absent from DA, let me just summarise and say: Depression sucks, get help if you are feeling down!

I'm glad you're still making Fire Bringer art! But I know all too well how bad depression is because I have to deal with that shit myself...
I also still make David Clement-Davies fanart! Just recently I painted Rannoch...

Yeah, depression is the main reason I have been unable to post anything for a while. Also the reason for the change in my artwork style. I am slowly getting back into drawing now

He's beautiful and I have to thank the books very much for being about red deers. Sadly though it makes me miss Yelly and Brechin all the more.

He was kind of a little too proud for my tastes, but it was beautiful that he cared so much for Eloin. Enough that he was so puzzled by it, and it's nice that Eloin was able to remain faithful to him for the rest of her life. That is dedication and love.
But I used the name more because...it sounded so much like his father's name. And of course if you think red deer then you must think Fire Bringer. I miss little Brechin fawn, he was such a sweet little thing.
