Goku's alternate forms and costumes in Playstation Smash Bros.Form, Costume & History:
The first costume is Goku's base form and initial gear from Dragon Ball Z. He appears in this form in every DBZ game to date, the most notable being Dragon Ball Z: Budokai 1,2,3/Tenkaichi 1,2,3 & Infinite World (PS2) Tenkaichi Tag Team (PSP), Burst Limit, Raging Blast 1& 2, and New Age 2011/Ultimate Tenkaichi (PS3).
His next costume is his outfit from the end of Dragon Ball Z and beginning of Dragon Ball GT. This is an alternate costume seen in Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 3 (PS2).
His third costume is his training gear from the planet Yardrat. This costume appears in DBZ: Budokai Tenkaichi 3 (PS2) and Raging Blast 2 (PS3).
His first transformation is the Kaio-ken, accessed by his down special. Its most recent appearance was in Raging Blast 2 and may return in Ultimate Tenkaichi (PS3).
His alternate costume for his Kaioken mode is the Super Kaioken, a transformation never seen in a video game.
His second transformation is Super Saiyan, accessed through his Final Smash while in base form. Its most recent appearance will be in Ultimate Tenkaichi (PS3).
His alternate costume for Super Saiyan is Super Gogeta, the fusion of Goku and Vegeta. It most recently appeared in Raging Blast 2 (PS3).
His final transformation is Super Saiyan 3, accessed through Final Smash while in Kaioken form. Its most recent appearance is in Raging Blast 2 (PS3).
His alternate costume for Super Saiyan 3 is Super Saiyan 4. It hasn't appeared in a video game since DBZ: Budokai Tenkaichi 3 (PS2).

You also forgot kid goku (which he wore countless things in that time period), formal goku (which appeared in a movie when he went to the teachers conference) and Ozaru.

he's DBZ age Goku, so he wouldn't appear as kid Goku, the formal costume hasn't appeared in a video game, and with Kaioken , Super Saiyan and Super Saiyan 3 there'd be no need for him to go Ozaru. All those other forms could appear as trophies, and giving him everything would mean splitting him into 3 characters, Kid, DBZ, and DBGT

lol frankly i think that'd be his most effective one. all the guys would run away and the women would probably either laugh, stare, or be embarrased and kick him where the sun doesn't shine

This is just a sheet of his alternate forms in a game i've had ideas for. if you want everything Goku's looked like, search "All JUS DBZ Sprites" or search for deviant "Jonatthan". it's got everything and i probably have it saved to my faves if you want to check that out
