Really like the hair and dress movement and great consistency on head and body! Hands jumping to keys give animation interesting look, I would have probably made it slightly less "jumpy"
You should put more of your anims to twitter, many animators and industry people are there; you also can participate on #animonthly which is every month, 27th, to get people notice your animations Keep up the good work!

And it doesn't have to be recent, you can also put your old animations there. If you want to put videos files, one thing to keep in mind is that twitter does somewhat heavy compression to videos which lessens the quality, usually it's not too bad

I dont use either ^^ (I don't have any "fancier" animation software)
I use my regular drawing program (ArtRAge 4) to draw and export the frames, and Ulead GIF Animator 5 to create a gif out of them
