The Promo Campaign for Beast Wars Evolution is heating up and it's going to be a fast and furious whirlwind of activity from now until March 30th when we go live!Here's the first promo image featuring all the new Maximals (sans Optimus, of course).
From left to right:
Nightshade (Anaconda), Prowl (Falcon), Quickstrike (Cheetah), Crankcase (Rat).

Different continuity. Different character. That, and I couldn't seriously pass this off as a school project with a character named Cheetor.

Not a fan of beast wars. Struck me as the weakest entry in the transformer's world

Weird. Usually the opposite opinion is the prevailing one.
Personally, I can see where you're coming from, robots that turn into organic animals being a really bizarre concept, but that's precisely the reason I decided to do a BW-inspired comic. It's unusual enough that it has a lot of story opportunities. Beast Machines, in particular, was a source inspiration for the themes I hope to examine, both in the eight-page comic that will be on display, and later on if I have the time to continue the story in some fashion.

I blended Beast Machines, the movie aesthetic, and some fan concepts, to try and create something that was unique and bizarre but not too "out there" in terms of Transformers designs.
