It depends mainly on where you are in the current situation which is the same as how I got Steppin' Razor.

No, it's a Multiplayer Achievement. Triple Kill with Energy Sword in Lone Wolves. It's only possible to get if you are doing Swords or are on the maps Construct or The Pit.

No, Lone Wolves playlist is on the close-quarter maps. Not the large maps.

And plus it's not me who decides how to fight my matches, it's Bungie who does it. I can't help it. I'm not going to just die there. And don't worry, they were fine, they got a few wounds but nothing too bad whereas the spartans, well some were better than others and so received fewer injuries.
