Description This is an improvement on the recent portrait design I did. I've ditch the shoulder pads in favour of a more original style. Fur effects have been added around the face.

I've got to ask though. Would Teddy work if it was done by the sound and design people who did Riddick?

Teddy looks like he's related to Luke Skywalker.

Nice change, although he looks more like an anthromorphic bear than an anthro teddy bear. I like how you did his hair the coloring of his tunic and highlights is a nice touch, as well as the texture of his fur.

My LegRux project has always been about turning The Adventures of Teddy Ruxpin into a high fantasy instead of a children's show. Don't see the Illiops as Teddy Bears but see them instead as a race, a species that might look natural next to elves and dwarves. It's still the same idea but with a new context, focused cultural theories and general look.

I want the character's to look *real* and believable rather than limit their appearance to what they are expected to look like as cartoons.

Does that make sense?

As funny as it sounds, people also mentioned that my version of Tweeg looked like Master Yoda. Had to roll my eyes at that.

The aim here was to engage a more realistic design to the facial features of Teddy and still be both recognisable and friendly as well. The path wasn't easy but I got there in the end.

I don't know anything about Riddick, so I can't comment to0 much on that, but I''ll just agree with everyone else seeing that it's 2 agunst 1 at this point. lol As for the picture itself I like this version better. I wasn't a big fan of the shoulder pads to begin with, and the way you did this makes him look more mature with out taking away what he looks like. Good job so far.

Oh yes, very cool. Riddick-based sound and design? Hmm... I don't know, really... go with it and see what happens!
