discussing all of the evidence in depth would take too long but how about midna shielding zelda from attack with her body three times, tenderly cradling her cheeks at least the same amount, zelda sacrificing the last of her power to keep midna alive, the both of them discussing how they're two sides of the same coin and how their meeting was fated, zelda commenting on how after she recovers from ganondorf's posession she and midna's "hearts were as one"

et cetera

also link in that game is a teenager and midna is the adult queen of an entire dimension. she and Zelda are both heavily contextually implied to be well beyond link's age range
