OK, he won't really assimilate you, but he is a cyborg. He wasn't always, however. After battling Shadogaire during the Alpha Battles (legendary war (as in between the legendaries, although the battle is well known in Naraht) fought at the beginning of time after Shadogaire declared war with Arceus and fell into darkness), he had to repair the damage done to him, having been basically torn the fuck apart. he lost a leg, a foot, his tail, his body was pretty mangled. Luckily, being the legendary of technology and ingenuity, he was able to "fix" himself. As time went on, he also taught humans the secrets to some technological advancements either directly or indirectly.

He is an event legendary, and to activate him you need to acquire a special event item (Corrupted USB drive) and head to any old PC. He will actually drag you into cyberspace with him, where he explains his story, go on a rant, and will then actually threaten to keep you there forever. (he'll state he's told you too much and yada yada yada) To get out, you have to capture or defeat him. If you loose, you will be teleported to another part of the cyberspace... map... where all of your items will be reset back to what they were when you entered, and you will have to find him again. Porygon and its evolutions appear wild here, and will range in levels from 1 to 50. Now you don't have yo gamble to get one! They will be the only wild Pokemon to appear here, aside from Cybertrix himself.

You can fight him over and over until the requirements are met. Don't worry though, you have to defeat the elite 4 at least once (if you receive the item before then, the guy in green will appear at the very next Pokemon center you enter after entering the hall of fame) so its not like you're going to get sucked into the PC when you've just received your starter. You will get sucked in automatically when you use the PC after receiving the item. DON'T. NUZLOCK. THIS. FOR BIDOOF'S SAKE.

If you do beat him without catching him, you can/will get sucked into the PC again. Keep in mind you'll be stuck in there again until the requirements are met yet again. It could potentially be a very tedious, annoying loop, so be TOTALLY prepared. Also, save BEFORE entering cyberspace, as you WON'T be able to save before fighting Cybertrix. I recommend losing the first encounter with him, however, as you can get A LOT of porygons/porygon-2s/porygon-Zs. (item's reset after capturing one of the pory's, but not if you defeat them. If you end up running out of pokeballs but still have to fight Cybertrix, my advise is to loose. Your items will reset. (the explanation that will be given is that cyberspace tend's to glitch, so weird things like that can happen)

Cybertrix isn't a bad guy; if anything, he's just trying to protect you. After all, there is a crazed devious narcissistic legendary causing chaos everywhere. (of course, you don't know that at the time. Cybertrix is... well, was eighth gen. Now he's like, twelfth) He is a powerful addition to your team when you do finally capture him, and when you have captured him, the Corrupted USB drive will break, and the PC will function normally.

"But if I'm in the PC, where do the captured Pokemon go while I'm here?" Technically your not in the PC per-say, you're in an alternate dimension. The captured Pokemon go to the ACTUAL PC. It does sound like PC-seption though.

anyways, ladies' and gentlemen, Cybertrix. Color's were inspired by this -> www.gamesetwatch.com/roborepti… just seems like a good color scheme for a cyborg.
