wanna hear something funny about this pic? eons ago, I drew this pic, started coloring, couldn't think of a good scheme, gave up, and decided to try it later. then I forgot all about it, until yesterday when I was at my grandparents and my cousin was doing my hair (I was on my laptop since everything about getting hair done is boring.) so, I decided to finish it up, and I think it came out nice.

Now, everything about Scrule is basically the opposite of Cobelion, who is kind, level headed, and calm. Scrule on the other hand, has good intentions, but is hot tempered, short, and won't let you get away with anything. You break a rule, you're going down. DOWN MOTHER F*CKER, DOWN. he's big, fast, and incredibly powerful. he also HATES the musketeers. a lot. he feels that they're all flash, with no game. He especially hates keldeo, who he feels is an arrogant amateur who never deserved to become a legendary in the first place.

Scrule is the leader of the rough justice trio, and represents war while Seabrew represents peace and Pterror neutrality. they only appear if the world is in great peril, which the player doesn't quite get the first time they meet.

he is a good guy, but he's like batman. just a little rough around the edges.
