Besides some my tour of the inner planets, Monday also offered me the opportunity for a daylight shot of the Moon! Daylight is perfect for catching a full or almost full moon, since the glare is drowned out by sunlight. This photo depicts a waxing gibbous moon at roughly 95% illumination. If my skies are clear tomorrow, I aim to follow it up with a daytime shot of the Full Moon!Taken using my Meade DS-2080 Refractor, Meade 25mm Ploessl Eyepiece, Celestron Smartphone Adapter, and iPhone SE (2nd Gen).
