I have been posting Ertl Gigantics styrene kits in dioramas lately, (Clash of Titans Scorpion, Giant Tarantula) here is one more, it is a Giant Mantis kit that I changes to make sort of a Kamacuras (or Gimantis). Here is a detail of him, I will show the diorama he is in later. If you love Minilla, you may not like it! Anyway, besides painting this guy like a Kamacuras instead of green, I compounded the smooth eyes, added various spikes and mouth parts. Stay tooned to see what happens in the dio!Related content

No. I always loved Kamacuras, but they never really seemed like they could stand a chance against Godzilla, especially one on one. Maybe if they were larger, and stood like this, tho...

Kamacuras does not have that long thorax, but think he looks cool this way. Call him King Kamacuras, maybe a hybrid alpha...
