Six little ducklings all in rowWhere did their mommy and daddy go?
I hope not far because I worry so
I hope they return before the next snow.
Six little ducklings looking so cute!
With their sweet little feet and bills to boot!
They are fuzzy and yellow and they say "toot toot"
Makes me wish I also had a duckling suit!
Six little ducklings staying in group
Don't they make an adorable troop?
I hope a fox does not make them into soup
Maybe their parents went to take a poop.

Where is that momma duck? Where is that drake?
It seems like the parents made and awful mistake
To leave them alone for a bad guy to take...
Six little duckling, look so alone
Where are their parents, won't they take them home?
I don't mean to criticize but I just can't condone
And yet their bond is as solid as a stone.
It bothered me all day that the parents were no where to be seen..I hope they will be okay

It depends if they are wild or not,if they aren't wild parents are using to live a protected life,so they don't worry so much and go searching food for theyr little ones without problems.
I live next to a park were there is ducks so I see often little ducks alone.
