FINALLY DONE. @.@
A month later.... It is finished. Since Dizzy was the requested character, I figured I might as well use it for the group I am part of (Scrap-Notes). So with that in mind, I went a little overboard with the background... But I think it turned out pretty good. All of the other characters (CC, Zero, TAG, October, Pyro, and AnnG) all made it in! I even managed to fit in there! XD
I hope you like it and it was a fun challenge.
