Apo 7x experimenting..My first fractal which wasn't made by following any tutorial.
I tried mixing julia and rings. Works for me.
Little "cosmetic improvements" like contrast, glow & bloom added with GIMP.

Julians work well almost with anything, and that's why it's hard to create an original Julian fractal. Something you tried to do anyway, and which came out quite good for your first try without tuts! Well done.
