I watched Thor yesterday and I really enjoyed it!When I first watched the trailer I was like: wtfomg.how.ridiculous.is.it. Seriously, the hammer design was... not what I expected.
But then the cast and the director convinced to watch it anyway. It was not perfect but still a good movie.
Anthony Hopkins was great as Odin, Tom Hiddleston looked great as Loki and I was curious to see how the director who is known for Shakespeare-movies would implement a Marvel comic into a movie. On the whole, it was a lot better than I thought!
Oh, I also love the look of Chris Hemsworth as Thor! He looked sweet, dangerous and sexy! And Natalie Portman is SO pretty!

Clash of the Titans could have been MUCH better. I mean, it's a remake so please put some effort in it DX

Ich kenne keinen der Comics and hatte keine hohen Erwartungen und entsprechend hat mir der Film danach sehr gefallen, weil ich wie gesagt, kaum Erwartungen hatte. Ist es so anders im Film?
Und oh man, sprechen wir nicht über Spiderman 3, der Film war Müll >_>

SRSLY, ohne rassistisch zu klingen aber WAS hat ein afroamerikaner in Asgard zu suchen?!
mal davon abgesehen, dass thor nach einmal pfannkuchenbacken auf einmal seinen charakter ablegt und er im comic ewig und immer wieder eine romanze mit sif hat und nicht mit ner stereotypen menschen-tusse, nur weils in die miese quotenstory passen muss.
OH und am geilsten war auch die magical-girl verwandlung, als er seinen Hammer wieder kriegt. Kam an Sailor Moon ran! xD
aber ja, wer comics liest ist meist enttäuscht. Ich will nicht wissen wie Captain America wird, den hab ich nämlich auch sehr gern. und Deadpool. ich glaube bei Deadpool muss ich dann sterben, darüber geht gar nichts... nicht mal Thor qq

Und so wie du den Kerl vom Film beschreibst ist episch xDDDD Ich hab mich kaputt gelacht!
Ok, diesen Sinneswandel beim Frühstück machen fand ich komisch. Das war schon zu abrupt! Aber na ja.. Eigentlich sind 2 Stunden zu kurz um alles reinzupacken was Marvel sich wünscht: Charakterentwicklung, Comedy, Romantik und Action. Und gerade weil sie alles wollten, musste halt auch die Liebestory mit Jane her, weil ja ansonsten alles andere nicht funktioniert hätte.
omg omg omg ich dachte ich sei die einzige, die in dem Verwandlungs-moment an Sailor Moon gedacht hat. xDDDDD Das war schon... bescheuert?! Aber was soll man machen bis jetzt gibts nicht viele Verwandlungen, die nicht etwas doof aussehen.
oh btw. hab Gerüchte gehört, dass es Thor 2 geben soll?!
Bei mir ist diese Hassbeziehung zu Filmen bei Buchverfilmungen. Wenn ich höre, dass ein Buch verfilmt wird, lächel ich nur ne Sekunde und fang dann an zu weinen =_____= Ich glaub bis jetzt wurde ich immer von einer Buchverfilmung enttäuscht oder das höchste der Gefühle wäre ein zufrieden.
Da bin ich aber glücklich, dass ich die Comics von den meisten Comicverfilmungen nicht kenne! Ich will mir gar nicht vorstellen wie enttäuscht ich da wäre.

Na ja die Rolle von Natalie Portman hätte eigentlich jede andere hübsche Schauspielerin spielen können xD Aber ich glaub, dadurch dass sie mitgespielt hat, hat man noch mehr Leute in die Kinos locken können

Well, I had no expectation at all so I couldn't be disappointed?! xD I just wanted an entertaining movie and I got what I wanted. Plus, the cast was really nice! That's also why I went into the movie not even knowing the story or any of the comic books.

I LOVED the movie. My only downside was the love story. It felt a bit rush. I love the sneak peek of Hawkeye we had. XD And I totally agree with you: Hopkins as Odin = total win!!!

Yeah, the lovestory seemed.. forced somehow? Like, there has to be a love line, oh wait, we got Jane and Thor~~ I don't know, I liked the tender moments between them(I'm a girl after all) but it felt weird because everything's was told so fast xD

They had cute moments together, that's for sure. But it happened quite fast. While Thor's interest was clear, I think Jane was too ambivalent at the end to just end up kissing him. O_O I think they should have stopped at the hand kissing. *nods nods*

I guess it's hard to find the right balance between fast and slow movement in the storyline. Overall, it was alright but well.. I think the kiss scene was alright since Jane was always doing what she wanted but I was surprised nonetheless! I didn't see the kiss scene in the trailer so I expected Thor giving her a kiss instead of the other way around. But I agree with you that they should have stopped with the hand kissing!!

Yeah. Balancing the love story in an action movie is hard but I have to say that I'm a bit disappointed most of the time. XD But aside from that, I enjoyed every bit of the movie! And Jane was perfect! The plot was awesome!

I started to compare the whole Avengers saga to the Star Wars saga. Of course, it's not as great but still, the whole idea of making multiple movies of different heroes before they form their team is just great!
Hopefully, we won't be disappointed.
