I always thought the rake was a giant mutated dog/human that hatched out of an egg somewhere on an island no one has ever ever heard about. There he lead a pack of necko's to victory over the dolphin invaders. But then he got really mad for no reason and killed the necko's and for some reason he managed to get over to north america and now it's our problem.

I thuoght that he was a puppy who tried to hard to make himself look like a human so he could eat human food but then he got stuck like that and thats why he sits and stares at people, he's trying to do the puppy face ^^
