This is a sweet-looking gun, I especially love that it has a bull-pup configuration. However, try to imagine actually aiming and shooting the weapon: does the shell ejection port spit out hot metal onto your cheek?

Magazine shouldn't really be slanted, it messes with the loading of the thing. Go straight magazine, semi-curve like M16 mags, or just bolt-action. The bipod is okay but it still needs a grip.

Why is the magazine so slanted? It should be straight, just look at the M82. I'm assuming you are chambering it for .50 BMG. By the way, check out the Barret M90, M95 and XM500. They are very similar to what you are designing, you can take some tips from them.

the magazine is curved like most guns but in a diffrent direction

Yeah, I see that. Why? Most guns have a curved magazine because the rounds that they feed are slightly triangular in section. That means that when your line them up, they make a curve. No round will make a backwards curve like that magazine, it would be impossible to feed. And .50 BMG mags generally aren't curved at all, anyway. You could have a curve like yours if you designed it along the lines of a huge pistol magazine, but that would give you a magazine capacity of about 4 rounds in this particular instance.

I know. Is that an ejection port I see?
I'd put it on the other side, but it looks fine otherwise.
I'd also put the magazine release in front of the magazine, for easier changing. You want the release as close to the pistol grip as you can get it.

The L(ength)O(f)P(ull) for that rifle is a demon. You'd have to be 9 feet tall to hold it.
Shorten it up!

That's the distance between the buttstock and the pistol grip. You have an enormous space between the two, and thus, only a very large person would be able to actually use this gun.
I recommend using those references I directed you towards earlier (Barret M90, M95 and XM500).

acctually the gun is allot smaller that you think, thus the large clip and scope, take a look at the gripp compared to the gun, its still long but no long enough to be un-usable

Trust me, Chris, your LOP is too long.
You're using a Barrett-style action, and look at what Barrett had to do with his rifle when he bullpupped it:

He actually had to have the action extend past the firer's shoulder.

Heh. I put the exact same scope on my rail gun design.

Very good looking, especially now that it can be properly gripped. The only suggestion I have is that the stock is WAY too long.
