Since I started toying with Inkscape (as per your advice :-D), I'd like to ask: do you use a drawing tablet for those?

No, I know that this isn't Inkscape... sometimes I do read image descriptions and comments :-p. But you didn't use a tablet? Worked with the mouse? Because I find it rather hard to get the shapes I want.. Maybe I just need more time to familiarize myself with Inkscape.

yea i used a mouse, you can manupulate already placed shapes by every single point
and for me when making shapes, i have a trackpad so sswiping with two fingers scrolls me up and down or left and right respectivly, so i can make perfectly straight lines usig that method

I'm sure I've seen a picture of the st14 somewhere on DA before Killzone 2 was known of. It wasn't drawn, pieced together rather (G36 handguard, M14 barrel, and some other stuff I don't remember). Can't find it anymore though =/
But good job anyways =]

Nice, I've been trying to make a gun in a graphics program lately. I can really appreciate how difficult this is. So, what program are you using?
