The face of mordin... Its just so calm, so emotive. I cried almost 10 minutes when he died. But he needed the absolution.

I wish sooooo much that there was a way to hunt down and torture or kill the dalatrass for her crimes, if only to prevent her from trying to reintroduce the genophage, because as of Mordin's sacrifice I have hated their hierarchy almost as much as the reapers. Β
Damn fine work, this feels like the last, quiet goodbye. Β Shepard still hates this, and is trying to find someway for this to work despite, but Mordin has made his choice, and she'll be damned if she let's him be redeemed without a goodbye. Β Works really well with the way that scene went down, renegade or paragon, so long as he made the sacrifice. Β I'll never get over how much the Salarian eyes look like a frog/puppy hybrid that is incredibly evocative emotionally.

I know, it was too sad. I think he was also in Watchmojo's 'top ten heroic npc sacrifices in games' and I think Mordin got second place. I can't remember though, I'll have to watch it again.

I really hated this part and I cried my eyes out to the point where I had to leave the room and just cuddle up in my brother's room (he's used to me coming into his room with feels and just keeps on playing his games with a small sympathetic smile while I let out my feels) but after playing through the games again and managing to convince him not to go it just hurt more because he wanted to save the krogan so badly. Salarians don't live very long and he's probably in his 30's aka he has little time left and I realized that, just like Shepard says, he wouldn't have had it any other way.
