Ahh, I love this pic, if you'll pardon some ego masterbation.
I drew this at the heyday of the Alt vs. Canon war in the Slayers fandom. Incidentally, please do NOT use this as flame fodder; if you don't like her I don't care. This was in response to a message board thread that was particularly violent towards her. I like the characters I like, and being yelled at, funnily enough, doesn't seem to alter my opinions.

You know, I liked Amelia. I wasn't so sure about her pairing with Zelgadis, but overall I liked her.
I'm glad other people like her too. Every time I read a Lina/Zel fic, I die a little on the inside.

I loved her. She was cute without being grating, and more than able to keep her own with Lina in terms of food and being pig-headed.
I liked the AxZ pairing personally, but my fav is LinaxGourry. I think Gourry was my fav character out of the whole show.

Like a lot of Slayers fangirls, I love Zelgadis best, but where pairings are concerned, it's definitely Lina/Gourry. Of course, some of my favorite comedic moments involve Gourry being dense. I love how he's such an idiot-savant.
That scene where Sylphiel is gone with Lina so she can heal her, and Gourry and co. are holding Copy Rezo off, and he says: "If Lina were here, she'd combine a spell with the Sword of Light, but Lina's not here, so we can't do that." So smart, and yet so clueless! Priceless.

YES!! FEAR THE BOOBS!!!! I just hate people unfairly pidgeon-holing a character. Amelia could have given birth to the Messiah and her detractors would still have hated her. They could have made solid gold Amelia statues and given them to her haters, and they'd still bitch about her. 9.9 I have no use for these people!

Oh fucking hell! Do not even bother telling me about 'em! Sad as they come--part of the reason why I never got too into animè! The lasses and lads at my school are AWFUL sterotypes, what with their hotdog fingers and twinkie crubs all over the blurry keyboard--blubbering about societies rejecting of them...asswipes. Makes you truely think, they do. 
....So, my main question to the world of fandom, before I have a seizure, and such is--WHAT IS SO BAD ABOUT HAVING BOOBS? Ugh. Cheers an' beers.
