Description
This is Penance from the Marvel title Generation X. I also want to state that this is Penny before they screwed up her backstory and stole her humanity. > XPI like Penny. She's sharp. This was my first foray into using those blending stub thingies. P-Chan turned me onto 'em.
I like how this pic turned out. But then, I'm easy to please.

i useda like smudge sticks
then i realized i DIDN'T like carrying them around, so i'm a thumb smudger, OR if i'm feeling fancy i use some kleenex lol

It's funny; I use my fingers for smudging and blending charcoal and conte, but I cannot STAND to use my fingers for graphite. For some reason the sensation of it ground into my fingertip makes me want to bite said finger, very hard.

i'm a really sensorally oriented person; I either love a texture or I hatee it with unmatched ferver. that is one sensationt hat i HATE. I also HATE HATE HATE the feel of a dull pencil on paper. That's why I switched to mechanical to draw.

but i never had a problem rubbing graphite *blinks* oh untill your finger gets a 'smooth' texture that feels weird lol
but oh well!

A security blanket? I call mine my silky. It's basically the top strip of satin off of a blanket that I had on my bed yeeeears ago.

o_o! Wai! The pencilling and shading! *_* It's great. ^^ I'm sorry, I don't know the character, but your portrayal is so appealing and interesting. The taloned feet/clawed hands are cool! Eep! And the detail on the outfit, with all the straps and all. ^^! Niceness.
