i haven't shared my brushes since there's really not much to share.. i use standard photoshop hard round brush (with opacity and jitter flow set to pen pressure) for 95% of my work. i only use some textured brush at the end (in this case for the greenish-blueish tint in the bg) and there's a lot of textured brushes that can do the trick.
the heavily textured effect in my case comes mostly from layering a lot of shading and then adding some extra shading in the process of colorization. most of it is just good old brushwork and some patience. i'm sorry if that doesn't help much >=
