not my first choice of summer clothing... x___xanother mmorpg oriented character design. first time drawing proper armor. various references and teacher's tips. i'm trying to learn.
also, trying out different painting techniques. this one seems much faster than the one i've been using until now~

Great design on the armor and I really like how the purple jewels stand out, but go with the same dark tone of the piece.
It's hard to find good fantasy art, which honestly is my favorite. And this one is great.

I think this looks just amazing! I am not really seeing the "rust" here though. And the helmet, compare to the rest of the armor is seriously lacking. Maybe work on that a little more. If you were trying to show his face while he was wearing this armor you could have had him holding the helmet on a hip or something. But great work!

I'm sorry, but while the picture is well done from an artistic aspect I personally despise that type of armour. It looks unwieldy unpractical and to be honest looks rather ridiculous.
