I would suggest to do the shading with warm/cool colors (one for light and one for the shadows) instead of using pure black and white. It makes the results so much more natural.

I love her hair! One thing I'd like to see you work on are the hands. You got a great shape going on but I'd suggest studying the way skin folds in the hands
