Hey guys!This weeks Weekly Challenge was drawing something for the bedroom of a friend's baby that's coming. I think this would be nice on a wall.
When I was a kid I always wanted to have a picture of a rabbit in a spaceship hanging on my bedroom's wall, but I never had one. Now this baby's gonna get it. Lucky kid!

How'd you get that ols cereal boxy texture/look? I really like!

Thank you! It's easy. I use an image editor to paste a scanned paper texture on a layer above the drawing, covering it all. Then I change the mode of the texture layer to multiply and lower the opacity a little bit. I don't use the texture effects included in the program itself, because they don't look very natural.

Well, it is always good to give our kids (or fiends' kids) what we wanted and never had... My children will have a treehouse, no matter what!

It's interesting that treehouses aren't common here in Brazil, although some people here have big strong trees in their backyards. My friends and I wanted to have one when we were kids, just like we saw in the movies, but nobody knew how to build one.

In my town in mexico, big trees aren't common it's almost desert. but in grandfather's house there was a big one we call "jacaranda", perfect for a treehouse... the plans were there, but never came true...

I had a bedroom with dinosaurs! They were smaller ones that lined the room, made with sponge-prints, so they were pretty simple, but still I consider myself very lucky!
I just have to know, though, why did you want a rabbit in a spaceship? It's very specific!
