They did release a camo decoed version, just not this one, that deco had a slight remolding, and when I watched Emgo316's review, I was surprised to hear that the chest got remolded to keep the head from sinking in, and when I saw the skit that was included in the video, I thought it was funny, Prime's one line was this about Megatron's new look: "I swear, he gets smarter and dumber at the same time."

Exactly, the unreleased G2 Combat Hero Megatron toy, I already have a few Megatron toys, I have the Universe 2.0 Legends figure, the mold was a darker green and the paint was purple like on the original toy, yours has blue instead of purple.
