I thought I'd throw ~Rhakos a bone tonight and give him an update on how Fara's looking in his commission.Keep in mind this is only one small part of the picture, and she's only in the base color phase. It gets much more interesting from here on out

The quote's from StarFox 64, actually, though I don't remember the comics too well. In 64 I'm certain it was after defeating Meteo's boss.

Heh, some artists like dear Vix only gave Fara hair because they knew about her, but didn't know what she looked like at first. Can't blame Vix for her old Fara art, all of which is very cute.

( Some artists just can't seem to accept that Fara did NOT have long, wavy head hair like Krystal does. ...and Fara never looked any less for it. )

Oh, I can only second THAT motion.
Whenever I hear that hair is neccessary to make Fara look a little less masculine I find real pain in trying to hold back the urge to simply yell out "THEN DRAW HER A MORE FEMININE BODY FOR FIERFEK'S SAKE!"

Thank you! I feel your pain about how people will give Fara hair -- and to be honest it's one of the reasons I flat out hate the idea of Krystal. None of the women in the original StarFox games and comics had hair, and they looked perfectly fine. I never draw my anthros with hair.
