Lunid, I am an art curator and this is a stunning peace of work. You have captured the atmosphere of a 'dream' moment. It is romantic and evoking, it brings me right into a warm and wet day welcome outside a cafe with a lady friend I have yet to meet. This art work is everything and I would be honored to have it in my gallery on permanent display.
Your choice of pallet and application are 100% correct, and combines a balance of horizontal and angle that helps make this work deliver. The 3 rds rule normally applies to video production but by know how, or good judgement I see it here, and it works. Good job

This picture has something of particular... Maube it's an effect of the colours, but it makes me feels quite. The colours are perfect, in particulary the blue, it stand out immediately and also the idea of the light under the tree is well.
It seems the light of the moon covered by the nature and the simply but beautiful tree in the center of the scene. There's also a wooden house hidden on the road, colourful like the rest but It's the tree that rules the landscape. This tree doesn't seem a real tree... I liken it to a main character of a book e.deviantart.net/emoticons/b/b… " width="15" height="15" alt="

But i think also pictures are better than books, books doesn't express ourselves, the pictures yes.

I feel like I'm in a city alleyway walking along on a narrow stripe of flooded path on rainy night, with the warm smell of coffee brewing from the heated shops waiting to entice me in.
The vision here is excellent, the use of dark colours to create a shadow to cast the scene into darkness is unique.
The artists technical ability with the brush is very much advanced. I love the way the artist has dabbed the paint to create a sense of contrast between the tress and the buildings.
The colours are amazing, this is what attracted me to this piece. The fact the artist has added so many tress in an inner city location is unusual. It suggests that the artist is trying to get across the beauty of nature and its home lights. By painting the buildings with a bright colour suggests that this piece is more abstract than an actual figurative painting.
Overall I think the colours is what sets this piece off, I do have to wonder if the artist sits and paints on the streets with easel in tow. This could be an actual place to where the artist goes often and perhaps thinks up their next ventures.
Very well done e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s… " width="15" height="15" alt="

Truly outstanding. It gives way to the color it draws out in ones mind. Like the beauty of Opaque mystery that bestows upon it. The way The stream gives way through the waters of one mind and memory. As one would see the Neon Colors of the Vegas strip brush down into ones mind when they first see it. pouring into a beautiful teacup that is ones mind. Truly outstanding' Despite being Riddled with my mystic babble, nice work. I love how the Reflections of the stream give way to mirror the place above it. A technique I rarely out of most paintings.

(Note: I know very little about art, but I have general appreciation for your work) I feel as though this piece is less focused than your other works. For example, in "GONE WITH THE RAIN" your use of light is masterful, I was both amazed and drawn in. Here though, I do not understand where the light is coming from, and so I am repelled. Your use of color seems all a haze to me, and so my intuition is confused. Structurally, the painting depicts trees from the wood surrounding a cabin. The cabin doesn't seem to take precedence as does the couple in GWTR, leaving me confused as to why you even included it. The different colors and lighting of the trees doesn't really make sense to me. In short, the painting doesn't seem to me to have a firm grasp on its own identity As a result, I am left without a sense of purpose, though this could be my own inexperience with art.

I enjoy the emphasis you have with the way you display the color values from the houses. You can see the house you have in the right foreground yet you have a house that you can really see (implied) with the choice of color lighting. The use of lines for the houses (roofing line) in the foreground to the next house in the background. This pulls the lookers eye into the area and looking for what is there. Wonderful way to draw the looker into an area.
The brush strokes seem to have a slight style that of Pablo Picasso you use for the leaves of the trees. They have a defined square to rectangular shape to them, this gives the trees the life to them. The tree in the foreground seems to split the painting into two parts. Kind of makes me wonder if there is or was to be more for this negative space area.
Defiantly a wonder to observe. You have used many of the elements and principles within your painting.
