Spectacular shot! THe focus on the model/subject is spot on. The pose is brilliant... showing off all the beautiful curves that make the terms Oo-La-La and VA VA VA VOOM come to mind....cheesy, I know ... I love the fit of the corset except for the tightness on the lower right , it takes away from the symmetry of the photo. From those marvelously framing shoulders to the tiny waist and sweeping back out again, the physique of the model is just stunning! Excellent colors and that hair is Popping! Wonderful job. I look forward to viewing more of your work......

This is just tooo much (in a good way). I love all of the forced binding of the skin, and the meaty bulges as a result of the binding fabric. Yet from the angle you are posed, it makes the flesh look so supple. Very appropriate name too, and love that curly red hair

It almost has a quirky/cartoon like appeal to it. I don't get why people are cutting it down over the tightness of the corset. Obviously, she wouldn't be in the modeling/photography field if she didn't want to do it. I doubt she was forced to (but you never know, I could be wrong.)
It's funny! I don't get why people just can't laugh over stuff once in a while.
Oh well. To each their own; nothing wrong with that.

The colours in this are outstanding. It is a beautiful shot
The only thing I think detracts from it, is the tightness of the corset, which I find very distracting (not the corset itself, which works beautifully with the rest of image, just how tight it is). The various arguments about whether or not it is healthy aside, for me it attracts the eye too much and doesn't fit with the scene quite as well as it could; for the setting it is in, I think a slightly more natural body shape would look better.

I do my best. Rude critique never helped anybody; even if you have an issue with a piece, if you can't express your opinion without resorting to insults, then your probably not mature enough to be looking at anything tagged mature
Saying that, rude critique is one thing, but for photoshoots like these, it is the comments from people that seem to view it as porn that are actually disturbing

in the chance that this had to do with me, i would like to say i wasn't trying to be rude. i did say nice things about the model as well as my critique on the waist size. i guess i'm just a bit more blunt and that's what got me kicked in the ass. i wasn't trying to be a jerk and not respect the model, but i didn't want to be a kiss ass either. (not saying you were!)

It wasn't really targeted at anybody in particular. More of a general 'some people don't seem to understand that critique =/= free pass to be an ass'. It applies to all kinds of art tagged mature, not just this particular piece. Actually, it applies to all art, full stop.
From what I've seen, your comments weren't (in my opinion at least) offensive or particularly rude. As I've said somewhere else around here, I don't view calling something unhealthy as an insult: you don't take offense if someone says your diet is unhealthy (or at least I don't, and I'm presuming others don't either) - why would calling this unhealthy be any more offensive than commenting on someone's diet?
Being overly aggressive in the defence of something is just as bad as being overly aggressive when critiquing something. It has the exact same effect: both parties upset, and nobody learning anything

i totally agree and in hindsight i actually can see how my comments were taken offensively, and i do actually regret that. i don't like hurting others, and last night was extremely stressful due to real life stuff... i guess i forgot to be as tender as i should and instead was just a blunt sass. i don't think that justifies some of the reactions that i got, but i'm very glad to read what you have had to say. it honestly helped calm me down.

DD's like this always attract a lot of drama. I mostly find it funny, but sometimes replying to comments (especially the defensive ones once they've got themselves all wound up) can be like trying to talk to an angry five year old; a lot of ranting, repetition and little logic.

This is a beautiful piece. I love how vibrant all the colors are, but also how further in the background they become less focused. I also love how the model's hair stands out with the autumn colors and how there is so much sharp detail there. The value is pleasing to stare at. I like the corset and the lace, but find how the straps around her buttocks are a bit of an eyesore. If it hadn't been that they were digging into her flesh and instead resting on her skin, it would have been an even lovelier piece.
