Very nice shading on this peice. As mentioned by someone else, it seems like something out of Samurai Champloo. If I had to name something I found odd in it, though, it'd probably have to be when his lower back moves up to his upper back. It suddenly expands out and seems a bit awkward. But it's still awesome.
P.S. The sword and outfits are brilliantly done. I can only guess how long they all took you to colour. @_@

Reminds me of the characters from Samurai Champloo, not sure if you based it off fo them or not. But I sitll do enjoy this picture the patters on the clothing ar erelaly good and I liek the backgroudn as well.

The dude, the background, the girl's dress, and the coloring are all spiffy, but as JoshDHallett said...the girl is wayyy out of proportion!
Although that adds a bit of comic flavour to it (along with the title)...was that your intention?

I always have a problem with drawing abs, and well bare chests... You do them really well, I like the muscles on the arms too.

Good composition. I enjoy the clothing and attitude, but the anatomical accuracy of the piece bothers me. The woman in the background is the biggest culprit. Firstly, she is not vertically aligned, just draw a straight line down from her neck and you will see what I mean. Compared to your focal character, she is a midget, unless of course she is a child. This may have happened because the lower legs are too short. Perspective wise, judging by her location relative to your focal character, the sword would be stabbing her in the knee. Also, the focal character's right arm seems to move through solid matter. This is because the way you have the drawn the bicep would indicate that the arm would be folded inward, not outward.
That I aside, I like it.
